Exeter Angling Online offers FREE postage and packaging.

However oversized items (such as carp barrows, large bedchairs, 13ft rods etc), items that are longer than 180cm+ in length, and heavy items (15kg+) will be subject to a delivery charge of £9.00, which will be payable by phone after the internet transaction has taken place.

We only deliver to addresses within the UK Mainland.

We dispatch items within 1-3 days of purchase and will email or phone you if your item(s) will take any longer to dispatch.

We use Royal Mail or a courier service to ship items and most items will require a signature when delivered. We can ship to customers card address address or you can choose a “ship to” address in the checkout process.

If you receive an item and it is not what you ordered then please contact us using the “Contact Us” form within 24 hours of delivery. We can use our swap out service to exchange the item for the correct goods.

If an item is faulty then please contact us using the “Contact Us” form and then we can arrange for it to be returned. The return address is above, and your postage costs will be reimbursed when the item has been received by an Exeter Angling employee.

Clothing sizing can vary between companies, so please enquire using the “Contact Us” form should you need clarification before ordering. Should an item of clothing be returned due to incorrect size/colour, then responsibility for postage costs shall rest solely with the customer.

If an item is unwanted, and you wish to return it for either an exhange or refund within 14 days of purchase, then please notify us of your intentions beforehand and ensure the parcel is well packaged and insured if required. Responsibility for postage costs for unwanted items shall rest soley with the customer.
