For a good 'all-round' kit thats equally at home on the river, still water or reservoir look at the 9ft #5/6 rod.

A 9ft 6" #6/7 is suited to larger still waters or for reservoir fishing. Longer and more powerful, it provides that extra distance often required on larger waters.
